Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Phil88 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Phil88 will treat any action performed using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify phil88 Support immediately.
Phil88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Phil88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees which are outside phil88's control.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts not belonging to the registered Player are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating account.
Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by phil88's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. Phil88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the phil88 Account.
Phil88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required. Phil88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.
Phil88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) an account investigation is pending; or (d) the applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.

Phil88 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or security vulnerabilities; or (c) any information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or current. Phil88 will endeavour to maintain service availability and address technical issues promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Phil88 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, telecommunications failures, PAGCOR regulatory action, acts of God, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
Phil88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phil88 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account. Any open bets placed before the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time those bets were placed.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phil88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phil88's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. PAGCOR's decision on gaming-related disputes shall be final and binding on both parties in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
